HOW DOHAIS WORKS?
Fresh air and return air are drawn into the system at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C and RH levels of 80-100%.
Before entering the Air Handling Unit (AHU), the air is sterilized using RGF REME HALO technology, which produces Plasma H₂O₂ at 0.02 ppm to neutralize biological contaminants. The sterilized air flows through multiple filtration layers, including
- Pre-Filters,
- Medium Filters, and
- HEPA Filters, ensuring the highest level of air purity.
Humid air with high temperature and RH is dried using TROTEC’s bypass air process, reducing moisture levels.
The air is then cooled via the Cooling Coil AHU, with an optional 1-2 kW electric heater for extreme weather conditions. This ensures the air is delivered at an ideal 18-22°C.
The purified air flows into the operating room through HEPA Laminar Flow, maintaining a consistent airflow rate of 0.125 - 0.75 m³/s, which ensures a clean and sterile environment.
Contaminated air is safely removed via an exhaust system featuring Micron-600 technology, combined with REME HALO, Pre-Filters, Medium Filters, Carbon Filters, HEPA Filters, and a Motor Fan (Exhaust).
The system regulates airflow at 50-600 CFM and maintains pressure levels within ±5-30 Pascal, ensuring that discharged air is clean and free from biological contaminants.
